To screen for possible interaction partners for your protein, simply choose a library by clicking the tissue in the figure or select from the dropdown menu below. More information considering the library properties and screen setup can be found in this tab.

Each library has its own advantages and limitations. Choose the library that suits best to the needs or ask us for detailed discussion of your project. If you have the need for a special library, we can establish a custom library for you as well.

 

    • cDNA libraries represent the expressed part of the genome
    • no fragments, no artifacts, no intron sequences
    • only full-length gene sequences

    • genomic libraries cover the entire genome
    • all fragments and orientations possible
    • coding and non-coding regions included
    • highest probability of interactions

    • normalized libraries represent equalized cDNA libraries
    • enhances the representation of low-abundance and rare cDNAs
    • less artifacts of massively expressed sequences

    • ORFeome libraries are high quality cDNA libraries
    • no fragments, no artifacts and no intron sequences
    • only expressed full-length gene sequences
    • elimination of untranslated regions (5′ and 3′ UTRs)

    • all types of libraries can be custom made for you
